The quality of the proposed candidates was of the excellent calibre and made our candidate choice quite difficult in the end. I particularly appreciated the detailed notes provided and was confident in the knowledge that thorough checks had been made on of each candidates.
Having dealt with other agencies from London, the approach of Nannyplus by contrast is refreshingly honest and open; I felt as though they took the time to get to understand our family requirements, move over the ability to make contact out of standard hours made thing so much easier.
